Most staffing companies treat events like any other shift to fill. Events don't work that way. A trade show booth, a festival sampling footprint, and a black-tie reception each need a different kind of person, briefed differently, managed differently.
We Staff It exists to do that matching properly: understand the event, understand the brand, and put people on site who can represent both without being micromanaged.

The staff on site are the brand for the length of the event. We treat hiring, briefing, and paying them well as the core of the business, not overhead.
Say what's true
We don't inflate rosters, invent case studies, or promise markets we can't cover. If we can staff it, we say yes. If we can't, we say that instead.
Own the details
Confirmations, call times, wardrobe, parking, check-in, and the recap afterwards. The client shouldn't have to chase any of it.
