Question 1

How far in advance should I request staff?

Accepted Answer

The sooner the better, especially for large rosters or multi-day programs. Short-notice requests are worth sending anyway — we'll tell you honestly whether we can cover the dates in your market.

Question 2

What markets do you cover?

Accepted Answer

Coverage depends on the roles and dates you need. Send your request with the market and we'll confirm what we can staff before you commit to anything.

Question 3

Can I approve the staff before the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You review the proposed team before anyone is confirmed, and substitutions are handled before event day rather than on site.

Question 4

Do you provide on-site management?

Accepted Answer

For larger rosters we recommend a team lead or event manager who runs check-in, break rotations, and reporting, and gives you one point of contact on site.

Question 5

What if someone doesn't show up?

Accepted Answer

We identify backup coverage during the team build and your on-site lead handles the swap. You'll hear about it from us rather than noticing a gap on the floor.

Question 6

What kind of work is available?

Accepted Answer

Brand activations, trade shows, festivals, corporate events, product launches, hospitality events, sampling programs, and promotional campaigns.

Question 7

Do I need experience?

Accepted Answer

Some roles require specific experience or certifications. Others are open to people who are reliable, presentable, and comfortable talking to strangers.

Question 8

How will I hear about events?

Accepted Answer

We contact you directly when a shift fits your roles, market, and availability. Details come with the offer — role, hours, wardrobe, and location.

Question 9

How does scheduling work?

Accepted Answer

You accept or decline each event. Once you confirm, we expect you there on time and in the right wardrobe.
